How many Ohms?

Hey guys,
If three 4-Ohm, single voice coil subs are wired as shown in the diagram, what ohm load does the amp see?
Also, if the subs are rated at 300 watt RMS each, should I be looking for a 300 watt amp, or a 900 watt amp?
Thanks is advance guys!

2.667 ohms, but you don't want to wire it like that. You've got the center and left sub series-wired, then those two are paralled with the one on the right. The sub on the right is going to get a disproportunate amount of power compared to the other two.

I agree with Jim....bad wiring setup....either wire them all in series or all in parallel...if wired in series(negative to positive)then you would need a 900 watt amp to max them out...if in parallel then a 300 watt amp capable of a 1 ohm load...hope this is helpful...
