Adding 6*9's......?
I'm putting some 6*9's in some custom boxes just behine the seats I'm wondering would I be able to just run wire from my 6*9's in the Rear Quarters or run it to my reciever?? I have a Pioneer DEHP-47 and 4*6 JBL's in the front, and 6*9 JBL's in the quarters.....

I think that would be a bad idea. You list that you have 2 JBL 6x9's in the rear. Are those in the sail panel where they normally go, and of so, what kind of 6x9's will you be putting in the boxes behind the seats? If you still have your factory 6x9's in the rear, just replace them.
To answer your question though, you could just piggy back them onto the wires of your existing 6x9's if you want 6 speakers. Just be careful not to burn up your reciever's amp.

Buy an amp and subwoofer, your system will sound much fuller. If you add to many full range speakers your sound will bet colored and the additional load on your reciever will only generate more distortion. I have a Pioneer DEH 77, the model one up from yours. I have it driving Infinity 4x6 Kappa Plates and Infinity 5 1/4 Components in the rear and I use the High Pass filters in the deck set to 125Hz and I have an Infinity Basslink powered sub crossed at 125Hz and it sounds pretty damn sweet. Its not bone shaking, but the sound quality and range is fantastic. I bought the Basslink on ebay brand new for 200 bucks too. They cost 400 bucks at Crutchfields.

To Answer the Questions ummm yes I do have the 6*9 JBL DS965 in the Sail panel...I'm gonna add too more too JBL 6*9 in the back...... what should I do just route the wire from the Sail panel Will they sound just as good as the ones in the sail or worse.......I want to put 6*9 boxes back there because When I have the T-Tops Off I wanna have at least a little room without Too much clutter...and Maybe a lil better sound when there off.....

I'm confused as to why you would want to install an extra set of 6x9's. What are you trying or hoping to gain by doing this?

Actually How hard would it be to maybe put 6*9's in the front where the 4*6's are Has anyone done this.....? Before I meant to put 6*9's in back of the seat on the deck....but now I know that would'nt benifit too much....

Quality over Quantity!!
I can't stress that enough. Get yoursef a good amp and some kick a$$ speakers, and it will sound so much better than 4 half way decent 6x9's off the deck.
Example:
I have a Kenwood eXcelon x911 deck, a PPI 30x4 amp, and a RF punch 160 amp.
Speakers are 4" Diamond components and stock 6x9's pushed by the PPI.
For bass, a single 12" JL W0 pushed by the RF.
When I play my system for people, they are completely amazed that I am only pushing 30 watts per channel. I tested it with a Db meter, and I top out around 125 Db with no distortion or clipping.
If I were you, I would get some good quality 4x6's for the front, and a nice 4 channel amp.
It doesn't have to be a big amp (30 quality watts will be plenty) and keep the JBL 6x9's for now.
Just add a sub and you'll be set!

I have to agree with Jiffy, adding a four channel amp and run your 4 speakers with that, and add some kind of sub, the most spacesaving one would be an 8"bandpass tube, so you can still put the t-tops in storage..
