The only ones worth a damn are the newer Delco units that have the speed-sensitive volume. Those are some great sounding, high quality decks. With a good Line Output Converter, they can be an integral part of a great sounding aftermarket system.
Any of the older Delco stuff is pure crap and should basically be avoided at all costs.

What year is your car? If it's '88 or older, you'll need to make up a harness and antenna adapter to get the newer decks to work...not a big deal though.
The first place to start looking is on eBay. Do a search for "Delco CD", "Pontiac CD," et cetera.
Remember, the Pontiac units light up red, which may or may not be what you want. Most of the other ones light up white. Just look for one that looks right in your car.
Since it will hardly make any difference in the price, you might as well get one that has the 5-band equalizer built-in.
A few of the units have a small, separate, outboard tape deck. If you play tapes, try to buy one of these units and come up with someplace to mount it.
Most Delco radios have the TheftLock feature. (If it's been turned on, you'll need to enter a secret code before the radio will work.) Be sure to ask the seller if the TheftLock has been activated, and if so, be sure to obtain the code from the seller.
