Anyone put in the new Jensen

CM7015k CD/Cassette radio with remote control? I know Jensen sucks but this is the only 1.5 DIN cd/cassette radio out there.

It's junk, just like all other jensen stuff. If you need cd & tape that badly, get a tape deck with a changer. Sony sells a complete kit for about $300. It's not 1.5 din, but it sounds much, much better.

I have a Jensen 515 in my T/A and I don't think its as crappy as all of you say. Install was easy it takes up all of the useless space GM left us with and controlls my sub. What more can I ask for. My old radio was an older Kenwood CD that SUCKED and in my Honda (commuter car)I have an Alpine and can't really tell too much of a difference between them as far as sound. I don't know maybe Im on the edge of being deaf too many metal concerts in the '80s.

I do have to say that out of all the low-end stuff that's out there, Jensen is probably the best of all of them...leagues ahead of Aiwa, Koss, Audiovox, et cetera.

That being said, I have heard that the CD/cassette combos tend to break more often than the single-CD units.

If you're interested, I have a Jensen KDC-9520, brand new in the box. $200 shipped, and I'll even include a harness and antenna adapter, all pre-wired for your car.
