Found New Rattle...Might Help Ya Out

ok, i was just messin around and i noticed that the heat sheild between the muffler and the gas tank rattles like a bastid. all the screws/bolts are tight i think its just the fact that its real low quality/thin metal. i was thinking about spraying it with something that will give the sheild a little stability, but than i thought why not go get some 3/16 metal fabricated to do the job..what do you guys think?

One I haven't mentioned(or fixed just yet) is the cap in the door jamb for air flow. It's right behind the rear speaker and only held on with one screw. Rattles like crazy, but an easy fix. Glue, fabric, dynomat, whatever.

I fixed that rattle you're talking about with the door vent, but to my surprise it wasn't the plastic frame that was rattling. It was the rubber flaps behind the frame that would slap up against it when my 6x9's were playing loud.

to let air out of the car, but keep water out. it's sort of a one-way valve for the "ram air" air circulation system.
