My amp rack/box

this is how im doing my amp box, im cutting out the RF logo on the clear plexi, it will mount from the bottom, the white fabric will creat kind of a sloped effect an all sides of the amp, and there will be a blacklight neon tube mounted on the bottom side of the top, so it will glow the fabric, and kind of make the amp stand out let me know what yall think about it

It looks like he's using his "trunk" cover there. I have one too, just can't find the other piece that attaches on one of the sides. I couldn't do that anyway ... T-Tops ...

If hes using the trunk cover, whut would be the point of the neon tube? U wouldnt be able to see it, and isnt the whole point of having a neon tube, to see it?

lol the point of the black light neon tube, is to make the white fabric glow, so it makes the amp stand out

Cool. That'll look sweet as hell.

Do you do embroidery work to? I got a few bowling shirts that I need my name on!!!!!!!! LMAO.

I'm just kidding.

Just one suggestion though. How good are you with a saw? I would make little trapezoids to mount the fabric to. That way you will loose the wavey look.

I know you need the fabric instead of paint. Otherwise the blacklight won't make it glow. But just put a few of these

......______
...../______\

under the fabric, then wrap and staple it to the back side.

Just my 2 ¢

AJ

lol the fabric is just setup in there, its not yet attached but dont worry there will be no waves, and the way im doing it is so the fibric will slope down to the amp, so its not just a flat bottom like your mom

Yea I know what you're gonna do with the slope. And cutting those out and using them would still work. You just gotta due a card board type stencil first. It would help keep the fabric in place. Otherwise it's gonna shake when you're showing it off while the bass is pounding.

And please don't make comments about anyone's mother. Especially mine!!! That's just very tasteless and can show that you have very little class.

I'm not saying you do have little class, but that's just not something that you should say, joking or not. OK? I'm just trying to help.

Thank you for your apology,
AJ
