Stereo Error Codes...

Stereo Error Codes...
Hey guys,
I'm having some problems with the factory AM/FM Cass. out of a 93' Firebird. A couple months ago, the cassette player stopped working. When I try to insert a tape it gives me an E 13 error code. I've done a little research an found that this means "communications problems with the unit", but I have to have access to the TSB (#649004) to find out how to remedy this. Does anyone know how to fix this off the top of their head, or if not, does anyone have access to the TSB through something like AllData? Everything else on the stereo still works.
