So are you going to be done in time for Daytona or what???

I'm not going to be shooting for next year Daytona for competing since my bout of unemployment set me back a bit $$ wise.

Well, I'm re-employed now...but my down time spent our reserves, so car audio kinda falls by the side for a while...

We are staying at the Ramada Speedway again. It's a bit from the convention center, but for the past 4 years it has been a quiet and clean place to stay away from all the spring breakers and still be accessible to the ocean center within a 5-10 min drive.

Definately have to catch up.

I made reservations at Ocean Jewels Resort, 1 mile south of convention center on the beach.

I'm now hearing that it was a mistake. Major traffic to the convention center, and right in the middle of the Spring Breakers.

Rookie mistake, oh well!

Hahaha, you will learn

We tried to stay on the stip one time only...ended up ditching the room after only one night.

Much quieter away from A1A and traffic isn't as bad now that the new bridges are finished and there are several back ways into the ocean center rather than going on the main drag wich turns into a 1/2mph cruise bumper to bumper...that 1 mile will take you like 30-40 mins at peak times...

We've now been in the same hotel ever since...you'll actuall probably drive past it since it's right across from the speedway.

Looking real good. Now you and me should work on a mold for a single sub in the spare tire well for a thirdgen!
I can make the mold but I don't have access to the mass quantities of fiberglass material like you. If I could manage to fit a 12" solo behind the stock panel I think a single 10 would be very realistic. E-mail me if you might be interested in this ~early summer project.

behind stock panel ?

How about part of a new replacement panel ?

Imagine this, a fiberglass replacement panel the follow the lines of the stock panel, but kinda swells out at the rear to a 12" diamater mounting ring ?

We could do one on each side. I'm definately interested. But not until atleast after April. April is when I promised the 4th gen guys I'd start designing 12" stealth boxes for them.

I definately would like to expand both my 3rd and 4th gen product lines.

This would be perfect. Please, please, please collaborate on this effort for the good of the third-gen community.

a little. Everything adds about 200 lbs I'm guessing.

So I'll run 13.55 instead of a 13.35

Just wondering but does the removing of the amps from the chasis make the amps over heat easier? Looks nice

the amps heatsink is not part of the chassis, and they have a fan with a air flow shroud. so far so good!

Hey Sexay, gotta question. I wanna order your kickpanels, but would want them in 5 1/4 because I am having a 3 way set with an 8in sub for the fronts. I am gonna fiberglass the door panel to house the 8W3 on each side, and have the kickpanels with the component set. Could you do that for me??????? Thanks alot

I can cut any size hole, you'll just have extra space around the speaker. The flat surface of my kicks is 7" diameter.
