Robbed (sorta)

Ok so last night I come home from work ( a shooting range) park my car infront of the Garage. I grab my range bag and go inside the garage to clean. About ten minutes later I hear voices that don't belong in my neighborhood, definitely not in the front yard! So having a firearm infront of me, I load it and check out the window. Sure enough two guy in a car at the steet and and some guys a** hanging out of my window. Well I had to stop this so I run out the door and sight on this piece of slime. His buddies bonned out on him and I performed a Citezens Arrest on the bastard. They got away with my
Mcintosh amp my new infinity subs, and my cd case. I hope that bastard squeels like a pig. I have noticed everybody been getting robbed lately. Luckily I cought one guy. I hope everbody out there the best with their systems. I feel like I've been violated. (sorry for the lenght)

Props to using a firearm in a non-violent way, yet prepared to use in a deadly fashion.

Likely you'll never get you audio back, but one crook got the crap scared outta him.

Practice makes you better, I reload my empties.

Yea But he lives in LA. What is it a 15$ fine for shooting a gang member
Yea here the only way you can get away with a firearm is if somebody breaks into your house then you have the right to shoot to kill as long as thier still on your property. If its in the street its law suite time for the person with a gun even if they are trying to protect thier property.

If the intent is to hurt the home owner its called self defense. I cant remeber where but on the news a few years ago 4 people have brokin into his house and has shot them all. I think killing most or all dont remember.

Apparently you must know michigan law better than me, I guess I will have to read the constitution on citizens arrest again.

yea, thats self defense, not breaking into someones house, i mean, if i broke into your house, and your standing there with a shotgun, and blast me in the leg, i can acually sue you, there was a case a little while ago, where a burglar was injured by something in someones house, and acually sued them for it, and won!

Ya know, i think we should have a waste of SPACE forum, ya know every one else has one, even the *****'s, i want to talk about the funniest commercials, like the one w/ the cheap, ya know the guy has the big rock tied to the front of his jeep (hung by a pole that is drapped across the hood) and a guy in a maxium drives next to him, then they start talking bout why he has the rock (at a stop light), and they start driving, while talkin, then the guy in the maxium says "BREAK LIGHTS", the rock goes flying and totally messes up the front of the jeep then the guy in the maxium says you shoulda bout a jeep, (for the warenty sp)

If i had extra money i would buy a maxium just for that comercial, just to say i have one lol

that was funny, sorry

alright so I got my amp back ( a bag of parts) and my subs had holes punched in them. However a friend of mine sold me his old amp and subs. Jensen and amarican heritage, kinda sucks but I found a wallet in the driveway. 800 bucks in it, should get me some new equipment. The guy roled on his friends they'll be in jail for like a month or something. And in los Angeles performing a citezens arrest is legal even in public, just make sure the cops don't shoot you because you have a gun. When they arrived they pulled on me and told me to put the gun down, which you have to be ready for. I actually know the officers as I work in the shooting range they shoot at all the time. The little thug must have been scared when he realized I wasa friends with the cops. Anyway, money that makes things better.

Actualy no, Here and in 2 other states there is a "make my day law" yes thats the name for real. It states that if you unlawfully enter a persons house The owner can shoot to kill if they feel threatend. Of course if some one enters you house your going to feel threatend. A few months ago a 80 yo woman in cospings shot and killed a man trying to enter her home. It turns out the man was supsected on 12 counts of rape. Sick indavidual got what was comming. Whats an 80 old woman doing with a gun, and what kind of sick "F" would try to rape her? Well the only action taken against the laidy was a fine for firing a weapon in the city limits. It was droped.

irocbod, good deal! Take them to court and sue the price of the eqquiptment. You will get it.

In Texas we have laws governing "criminal miscief at night", it is a shooting offence. If someone is in your vehicle, at night, stealing, you can legally shoot that person.
If you shoot someone, always aim to kill, never wound the person. they can sue you for mutilation if they survive.

In Indiana, if you fear for your life, then you can kill someone if they enter your home. That is the one thing I have always remembered. If you have to take to your grave, You were in fear for your life.

Texas is somewhat unique. Texas is huge, and law enforcement was scarce, so they drafted laws to keep people from rustling your cattle.

So, if they break into your house or property, you can open fire.

Most states you have to be threatened (so if they have a knife and are 30 feet away and you kill them, your in trouble).

In this case, the guy who broke into the car wasn't really threatening anyone, so no luck using him for target practice and getting away with it. (Although you hear of cases where cops show up and the home owner has the burglar cornered and the cops offer to come back later after the homeone has taken care of business).
