thanx, and welcome to tha board, (see ya got 9 posts) anyways... reason its not properly installed is that i didnt know what i was going to run,

either two 12 titaniums off of 1000-1 each, and the 300/4

or my final decision of two Eclipse Aluminum 12" subs each one running off of a Jl 500-1 each, ill try and get a diagram up soon, of some ideas, throw some at me as well, its great to see others ideas, thats seriously so great of you,

it will consist of: jl audio 300/4, 500-1, 500-1, two eclipse aluminum 12" subs, and either one farad or two, prob one. no digi top, i have a dist block of 0 gauge in, and four four gauge out. and four MB quart crossovers,

Thanx!

Nice install. The doorpanels are either Z-box or audioforms. Very nice, solidly built, hard to find.

The only problem I see is that your diagram isn't to scale, so the X-overs might not fit the way you like them in the picture.

Those particular panels are AudioForms "RS" model. I have similar panels but I chose the model that recovers the entire lower carpeted area on 88-92 Camaro door panels. The front is the same as the RS but they extend all the way to the back of the door. They have a near OEM look, except for their size.

Matt- Could I see some pics of your doorpanels? Or a good description. I'm building some and the more ideas I can get the better.

you can custom FAB the plates if you have some wood skill, so they would be the same housing, but hold different things...

j166a99,

I don't know if those panels are still available, I bought mine 4 or 5 years ago.

As far as leg space, they stick out from the door about as far as the armrest. It's really not an issue. There's still plenty of leg room.
