Might want to get a set of components in some kick panels and then a small amp for those and your 6x9s. But if it sounds good to you there is no need to change anything.

The 4x6s should not be a problem since they are rockford fosgate. I would recommend getting a 4-channel amp to push the 4x6s and the 6x9s. You will like it alot. I pretty much got the same stuff you got and it really rocks in my car. You wont regret it.

basically what everyone else said about getting a secondary amp to power the speakers. A headunit will be weak compared to your rockford amp, so you'll turn it up to compensate and then it sounds crappy. What series subs are the (xlc's, dvc's..). And, when you hook up a amp, how many preouts do you have because your using one set for a sub. In order to use a 4 channel amp you have to have 2 extra sets (front and back), if not split them with a electronic equalizer or whatnot...

-Kenwood Excelon Headunit w/ 10 Disc Changer
-Alpine MRP-F256 Amp
-Polk EX 4x6's, DX 6x9's, and EX Tweeters
-Kicker ZR240 amp (bridged)
-Dual JL W0 12" Subs

4x6 is an excellent speaker, get a brute force high pass crossover, hook it up to the positive wire, then hook it up to the 4x6. that will take the bass out of the small speakers. If you have subs, crossovers are a MUST for good sound. Any questions you can email me, I'll be glad to tell you anything about systems you need to know
