i was wondering if i could do this becuz i was lookin at it and it takes a couple seconds for it to open fully when i raump on it

wouldnt this help me if i made it open faster....or would it be too much gas and air at one time??

Opening too fast can slow you down. Yes you can adjust it. Opening it adds air, put if you don't have enough velocity you won't get enough fuel to go with it.
