That is an odd one... it lists as a '74 carb made after '75 and it doesn't even classify as any type of carb they made (Q-jet, monojet , etc.) You may have written the number down wrong... go check it and see if you wrote it correctly.
Yes it is odd,but that is the right number.It has the gas line fitting at a right angle like a chevy and is in great shape.I'm going to use it on my V8 S-truck project but was curious because I can't find it's original application,maybe a Q-Jet rebuild kit catalog ?

Well, I found some carbs with similar numbers (6,7 and 8 instead of the second 9). Since the last number mostly says if it was auto or stick... The info I found was that it was either off of a 402, 427 or 454... they were all truck engines from '68 - '71
