aside from holley's what kind of tune do carbs geerally come in ?
carbs such as carter and edelbrock.
By the way I'm going to be putting a carb on soon my LG4 with vortec's,Perf.RPM intake and so on.

 

Most universal replacment 4bbl cars have crap tuning out of the box. It depends what model you get and what level of mods you have done to your engine, though. Most are jetted too rich from idle right through part throttle. I've had some success with Edlebrock's emissions calibrated carbs, believe it or not.

 

well I'd rather run rich.
I was just wondering cause I've only bought four other carbs in my life and they were already somewhat tuned for my setup.
750cfm carter,850cfm Q-jet edelcrap,a really beautiful predator carb wich I never drove on the street, and a holley double pumper that all I can tell ya.
