i'm about to rape my choke horn with a die grinder....

Anything I should know before I go ahead and whack it off ... its a holley 4160 (list 1850 vac. secondaries 600cfm) or hell... if I plan to put a choke on later how can I just get the choke plate out?

Why? If you want to use it again, why not just turn it too full lean so it stays open--or otherwise force it to be open all the time?
