Won't start
91 Camaro 6 cyc. got up this morning to start it and the battery was dead . Tried to jump it off never would start with a good charge, something else under the hood there was a strange humming noise coming from this elect. relay i think right there in front on drivers side not sure if its the brain are what could that be , any ideals?

Doesn't sound like a carb problem (this is the carb forum, you know...).
