Ok what have you guys used for the throttle cable when changing over from TPI to carb? can I modify the stock cable?

They make the stud for the trans cable, but what about the throttle???

oh yeah, this is for a holley 4160 carb #3310.

I went to a junkyard and got a throttle cable from a Carbed 3rd gen,There plentifull and it only took a whole 15 minutes to swap
the cables over,plus the throttle cable only set me back $5.00
You'll most likely spend that much for some bracket that you'll have a hard time getting to work anyway.

 

I kinda figured I would have to get one off the older carb cars. Gives me a excuse to look for the non-a/c heater box I need. lol.

Good Luck on the non AC heater box,I had to get mine off e-bay.
They are getting pretty rare to find at junkyards.

 

I have a few places around here with older 3rd gens, Not much of a need for a non-a/c box around here. I might be able to come across a few. One for myself and a few to sale.
