car dies when trying to powerbreak??

Hey guys I have been not beatinon my car for a while cause i wunted to save gas. tonight i got on it real good up to about 100 goin threw the gears at liek 5200 or so and it didn;t really feel all that strong, it kinda felt liek it was fallinon its face at liek 4500 or so. also i tried to power break it later on( rev it up, drop the clutch and hit the brake and hold the gas) and it stalled
i tried again and it stalled. i checked my fuel pressure and it was fine, then i just droped it and took off and it did a fine burnout. Now it is runna alittle rich but not to much. do you think my floats need to be adjusted?? thanks for any input guys

Hows your plugs looking?

Sounds like a weak spark or fouled plugs.

Had the same problem at one point and it was the plugs. Also check the timing, plug gaps and for any vacuum leaks, especially at the rear of the carb.
