With the engine off and air cleaner removed, look down the front two barrels of the carb (choke open as well - hold it open if you have to). Open the throttle while watching inside the carb - do you see a couple of squirts of gas?
i check that and no i dont see anything comeing out or hear anything shooting out, but i can rev it and once i do get it started (but not without the bog first) is there 2 diffrent lines or something??? what should i do?

Your accelerator pump isn't working for some reason or another. First make sure you've got it together right - the picture you posted on your leakage thread shows it correctly. Then make sure the innerds are in there right (Holley website has expanded views). Then, plugged passages or gaskets not installed correctly.
i was thinking i might have put it in wrong also but i really dont think i did i put plunger down then spring on top, also i gave it a lil test by not titening it all the why on and gave it some gas and gas did shoot out the sides.... so i bolted it in. i am gunna double check holley to make sure its plunger down. anymore ideas? i was thinking my fuel pump could be week.
oh and this other issue i am haveing when i hit the gas and it pauses then goes, do u think i am haveing this problem because of this fuel issue?

It was the symptoms you described that lead me to ask the questions.
You need to get that accelerator pump squirting into the venturis.

i have a problem like that too i have a holley 750 and i have been told that my carb is too big for the engine set up and when i race i cant get on it hard or else it stalls or it feels like it stalls then all of a sudden takes off like a bat outta hell which is cool in a way but it sux i have to slowly get on it when i race like give it half throttle and then eaz on the rest. my car runs rich as hell i had the carb turned down like all the way and it was still running rich. i dont know if that is your problem but i hope i helped.
