car dies when warm

im having a little trouble with my car. i have a holley 80508s carb on a 350 thats had heads ported and been shaved and camed. itll start up fine run for about 15 minutes untill its warmed up and just sounds like its starving for fuel and dies out. if i wait like 30 minutes itll start back up and run fine for another 15 minutes. i havent had the chance to drop the tank and pull the old fuel pump out yet but i was wondering if that could be causiing the problem im having. the car has all new bosche platinum plugs accell 8 mm wires and ignition module. ive made sure all the plugs are properly gapped hooked the electric choke up so it only comes on when the ignitions on and checked the float level everything seems to be right. im stumped besides the possibility of the fuel pump still in the tank or maybe a plugged inline filter.

Sounds like you've got something that is warming up during operation and failing. That could be a fuel pump, or could be ignition (distributor module or coil).

Get a fuel pressure gage to verify pressure. If it drops when these symptoms start, it's the pump (filter wouldn't be affected by operating time/temp).
