how to run manual choke cable?

what is the easiest way to run a manual choke cable in our cars? any info is much appreciated.

Sorry I missed the original post. One thing to be sure of is that when you push the handle all the way in to open the choke that the choke gets all the way open SLIGHTLY BEFORE the handle bottoms. There's a little "slop" in the linkage usually so you want to make sure it gets truly all the way open when you shove it all the way in. 1/8" will do fine.
