Gas Leak, Help

I just noticed a gas leak by this piece. Gas is covering the bottom of whatever this is, and its dropping onto the water pump.

I really need help FAST so I can drive to work and school on Monday. Tell me anything about this.

That basically routes air/vacuum. One of its functions is to provide the carb bowl vent via the evap canister. If it's got gas in it, then you've probably got a flooding carb.
