New thought for setting dwell

I have read several places on this board to set the MC solenoid with a dwell meter at idle. However, when I used Winaldl while cruising, it was saying the MC cycle was around 60%. Would it then make sense to set the MC based upon driving conditions instead of idle? So while cruising at say 35 mph, the MC cycle would be more accurate, in the 50% range instead of 60%.

Just a tuning thought, let me know what you guys think.
