Q-Jet emissions
is there ANY way to re-adjust my CC Q-Jet so that I can pass emissions? By the readings I'm running a bit too rich.

The computer should be continuously adjusting it for you. What kind of shape are your sensors in?

I went under the car just now to look at them... I didnt think that Carb'd cars have O2s, and I didnt see any at my cat. Are they supposed to be located at a different spot? Or above the cat where I cant see it?

ok I did a search for it in the exhaust section and figured out it's at the exhaust manifold... gunna ask in the exhaust section how to get this thing removed, difficult to get leverage and it is in there pretty tight lol

okay guys, I'm going to just assume that the sensors sending the ECM the variables to adjust how rich/lean my car needs to run is faulty. So I went out and got a O2 sensor, and am about to go out and get a Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor. Then after I replace those I'll let you guys know

Faulty CTS should have set a trouble code (guess we haven't asked yet if you know if your SES light is working). About all it will do if not working is keep it from going into closed loop.
The O2 can be putting out weak voltage and making it too rich w/o setting a trouble code.
You may have a shot cat that's really causing all your passing problems.
Last time I took mine in for emissions, I adjusted the idle mixture screws in to lean it out a little (the idle air bleed adjustment wasn't having an effect). I have no idea if that was the difference from the previous tests (they give general results here, not idle vs. cruise), but it passed with flying colors the last time.
