Little gas leaking on top of flange??

Engine: 305 LB9
Transmission: 5 Speed
Axle/Gears: 3.70 Posi BW 9 Bolt
Little gas leaking on top of flange??
I've had this problem recently where gas has found its way onto the top of the flange by the seconday diaphram rod on the bottom of the carb so i tryed changing the gasket it did nothing whats wrong hows it leaking????
