A 'double pumper' is a Holley carb, although I'm sure other carbs have borrowed the term as well.

Basically, its a manual-secondary 4 bbl carb, with TWO (hence 'double') accelerator pumps... one on the primary fuel bowl, and one on the secondary fuel bowl. Most 4bbl carbs only have one accelerator pump, and its on the primary side.

Demon calls there "double pumpers" "twin squirters"

As said above, 2 accelerator pumps.
