ok i gotta edelcrap 1405 performer carb and i need to know which way to turn the mixture screws to richen it out...

is it turn them in to richen or turn them out to richen??

Turn them counter-clockwise

and that's just your idle, if you want to adjust the cruise and WOT mixture you're gonna be changing springs and jets

screw "in" to lean it out, screw "out" to richen it up.
