which is the fuel supply line

i have a 91 rs that im redoing. im putting a 420 hp 383 with a t56 in it. im planning to plumb a holley blue pump + pressure regulator in series with the existing fuel pump. im gonna mount it in the engine compartment. there are 2 lines. which is the supply? my haynes manual doesnt say and im redoing the electrical, so turning on the pump and seeing which squirts is not an option at present.

Yes the larger one is the supply line, the smaller one is the return line.
