is this carb too big?

Car: 87 plane jane with gfx
Engine: 350 worked vortec head .515 .515 cam and 1.6 rockers and shorties for now til i can afford the supercomps
Transmission: super t-10 or t-5
Axle/Gears: auburn with 3.42 stock axles
is this carb to big?
i have a road demon 750 for my 350. the reason i got the carb was it was brand new and i traded it for a head unit i paid 125 for. the guy at the machine shop where i got my heads done said a 650 would be to small. i have a 350 with flat tops worked to hell vortecs .515 exh. .515 int. cam and 1.6 rockers, long tubes and a t-t10 thoughts and comments apperciated.
