hood clearance

hood clearance
anyone have problems with hood clearence after installing a performer rpm intake and a holley in a z28, It all fits but the aircleaner what do i do without buying a hood...any suggestions

Ah, I see you specified "Z28" in the original post.

I had to use a drop-base cleaner housing, sitting on top of a 1/2 inch spacer, and change to a 2 1/2 inch element to get my Performer RPM and EDL1406 to fit under my stock RS hood.
The drop base cleaner needed the spacer to clear the electric choke on the carb, which raised the whole assembly too high, thus the 2 1/2 element to bring it back down.
