won't start Help!!!

Ok I had it running for awhile after I rebuilt the carb I had to keep on the pedal to keep it running so I let it stall then I had to go do something else then I went back to start it again and it will crank but it won't start now. What could be wrong with the carb? It's a quadrajet computer controlled. I have spark and the timing is right. Its gotta be something in the carb I tried to adjust the float but that didn't help. Please help!!

P.S does anyone have one of them on the car float height tools if so how long is it so I can make one. Thanks

Make sure you didn't flood it. Hold the gas all the way down and crank it. See what happens.

Tried it still the same. Would low tps voltage cause a no start I measured it and it was like 65 millivolts and i don't have the tool right now to adjust it. I know it's suppose to be .40 or .48 volts not millivolts. would this really cause a no start or just a rough running engine? Also, I have two differant recomended voltages I have .40 in the chiltons manual and .48 in the rochester carb manual. which one should I follow?
