Double Pumper Help

I changed the powervalve and secondary jets, and used new gaskets. Now when its on the engine and the fuel pump is pumping (engine off) it leaks fuel from the bottom. Appears to be comming from the little hole under there by the main blades. I checked the floats and the secondary was high so I lowered it. Still leaks. Before I touched it it would not leak when sitting there, fuel puming running and engine off. it actually filled up two cylinders with fuel and seized it. Pulled all the plugs and turned it over to get the fuel out and cleaned the plugs. Got it to start but it sounded way way weak.

I made a little test stand for the carb and hooked the fuel line up. I turn the pump on and no fuel comes out anwhere on the topside of the throttle blades. Underneath fuel is dripping out. I I push the throttle lever all the way and hold it there, fuel squirts out, I dry the bottom of the carb off, and look under it. Fuel is comming out of that little hole by the main blades. The blades themselves stay dry. What is that hole for and why might it be leaking fuel?

Borrowed a Holley carb book. Saw that passage lead to the PV. Tightened the PV, stopped leaking

Glad to hear, I figured it was the idle circuit, or maybe you used the wrong gakset set, that happens sometimes. GOOD LUCK
