tired of carb
Does anyone here think they made a bad move on ditching the FI? As a second part to that question, has anyone ever converted back to fuel injection? and how hard/expensive was it.

Even though I am the moderator of the carburetor forum, if asked I'll say, "Improve what you've got." If you have TPI, work with that. If you have TBI, improve that. If you have carb, go for it.
Many people have converted from carb to EFI. How hard and expensive it would be for you to convert back to EFI would depend upon what it had originally, what was undone to it when it was converted to carb, and what you'd put back on.

I have gone to carb from FI, and would love to be FI again, but only if I could tune it. At this stage of the game, and given my financial situation I'm content to tune my carb when need be and pump the pedal twice in the morning. OH, Did I mention that instead of relying on tuners with the FI I'm having FUN with my car again, low tech fuel dripper and all! My car will be FI again one day, but I'm in no hurry!

Personally I love my carb... I don't like how I cant just mash the gas, but I'm getting used to that. And it doesn't run to well in the cold.
But other than that, I love it, I don't think I'll put the tpi back on the motor.
