Hey! MORE PROBLEMS!!
Well pictures worth a 1000 words so I took some...
Old carb:

New carb:

I think the pictures explain themself, but obviously I'm having problems with my throttle plate and throttle bracket. Is there something I need to buy? I've gotten used to dumping money in the car so I'm willing to toss more in, lol

Re: Hey! MORE PROBLEMS!!
you need a throttle valve geometry corrector for an edelbrock carb.... most speed shops will have them if not you can get them online for about 35bux.

Re: Hey! MORE PROBLEMS!!
You can get the geometry corrector and a new cable bracket thru summit. If you put the part number of your carb in there should be a suggested parts menu and youll find them in there..

if your still using the stock intake then your bracket should be fine... if you changed to a highrise intake or something like that then yea you will need the bracket.

Re: Hey! MORE PROBLEMS!!
sorry dont have part numbers or links for the bracket.... i had to use 2 diffrent ones. they have a chrome one made by spectur at autozone for like 10bux. i used that for my throttle cable. then i had to get a fully adjustable one from a speedshop that bolted to my back intake bolts.
