Engine: 305 but i got a '70 350 LT1
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.08
car still runs high
my car ran high at around 1750 rpms and then i rebuilt my carb and it still runs high. can someone tell me exactly what to do?

Fix the choke. High likelihood it isn't getting 12 volts. If it is, the choke thermostat probably needs to be replaced.
