Cold Air Intake On Carb

Any ideas, I have been wanting to try something with my firebird but I am not sure where to start.

There's a tech article linked from the thirdgen.org homepage on building a dual snorkel intake.

The factory used cold air inlets on all third gens. The L69 had a dual snorkel arrangement, but those are getting harder to find.

www.ramairbox.com has a system made for our cars.

If you need to go through Envirotest, you need an air cleaner that has a heat riser system built into the snorkel. The home-built or factory air cleaners are the only ones that meet that requirement.

I don't have to do the Envirotest, and I read the dual snorkel tech article but was wondering if there was a bolt on. I'll check out that website though, thanks.
