What Fuel Pressure Regulator Should I use

Can anyone help me out? I need a fairly inexpensive fuel pressure regulator for my tpi to carb swap. Which one should I use?

you need a return style, Mallory 4309 is what a lot of people use, seen a procomp regulator on flea bay 29.00 states it is a return style but better make sure.

All the brands at a regular source (ie NOT eBay) run about $80 - there's no cheap way around it (unless this eBay job is really a return style).

I also agree. Mallory 4309 is really the best option for this route. You have to use the return style if you are using a stock pump.

Re: What Fuel Pressure Regulator Should I use

The procomp on ebay is not a diaphragm return-style regulator, which is what a factory pump requires. it is a "this can be a return style kinda sorta but it's really a dual-feed" regulator, and will NOT work for your application.

Holley makes a regulator that works like the mallory, search the 12-803BP.
