Assembling Manual Choke

I have a Holley 600 cfm 4 bbl. I bought the Holley 45-225 Manual choke kit (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HLY-45-225/), but the instructions it came with are pretty bad..

Anyone have any tips or even a guide to help me do this? Pics of assembled models work just as well

I've done it a few times. It's pretty straight forward. One thing you don't wanna forget is to cover up the little hole under the electric choke housing with the supplied piece of tape/paper. I think it will have a quark gasket on it factory.

If you have any questions I'll be glad to help. Either post them here or pm me.

Re: Assembling Manual Choke

yes i cant seem to figure out how to assemble the fast idle system on my 670 street avenger! i had to order a diaphragm cap that was flat and smooth to mount the bracket that supports the choke cable. other than that i am almost all the way done other than FAST IDLE

MANY CLOSE PICTURES WOULD BE LOVELY AND MUCH APPRECIATED! ALL THESE PARTS ARE IN PIECES AND I KNOW THIS JOB SHOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD BUT HOLLEY HAS THE CRAPPIEST INSTRUCTIONS EVER NO DIAGRAMS OR ANYTHING.
