1) It's bigger than necessary for a 305, but being vacuum secondary, won't open up all the way, anyway.
2) It won't fit on a stock intake manifold without an adapter.

Exactly what my uncle told me. Since im planning on pulling the motor and replacing all the gaskets im gonna trade for a re manufactured one or just get mine redone
