Right size carb for my 357 with mild cam, stock 2 plane high rise intake??

Guess I haven't done my homework enough. I've got a Edelbrock 600cfm on top of my 357. It seems decent and pretty nice driving around town, but I just think it'd be that much bigger with perhaps a 650? Or is that a noob thought. What do you guys think? This is my daily btw.

'Bigger' only really makes a difference when at wide open throttle. That said, I think the ideal carb for a small block with a dual plane intake and mild cam is a Qjet. Best street/strip carb ever IMO. Most are rated 795cfm, a few are 850cfm.
