I have looked everywhere. Does anybody sell. 85 camaro 700r4 tranny quadrejet carb. I know I could go to junkyard, but here they are not as comman

 

Don't limit your search to f-bodies.
Both 200-4R and 700-R4
Caprice through '88
Camaro through '87
Monte Carlo through '88
Trucks.
Most anything with a SBC and OD trans. will have what you need. Cutlasses came w/ SBC sometimes.
With a SBO, their bracket bolts down differently but would probably work for you.

 

,That's the thing. I have a bracket from a truck on iit and my throttle cable is good but the kickdown cable is about a half inch angled to the right , the the guy at carb shop said I needed one from a camaro

 

I am assuming you are talking about the tv linkage. I found a link that showed the geometry of the linkage, and fabricated my own. They are also available from Summit. What tranny did the carb mate up to? If it is a 700 you should be all set.

 

I looked on summit. Didn't find for quadrajet. But I think I can make an edlebrock one work.

 

It's one of the two that work on q jet. If you call summit, they will tell you which part to buy.
