An 850 will feed a 468 to ~6275 RPMs.
What will be the primary use of the car?
Which one, exactly? You appear to have a cam that spin above 6275 RPMs. A dual plane intake needs a little larger carb than a single plane intake. You might want to consider a Victor Jr. or a similar intake.
Those are pretty small valves as well, by the way. Why not 2.19/1.88's? With the small valves, the 850 would probably be big enough (and you're leaving a lot of power on the table).
