Car dying under load.

I'm trying to tune in my 355 with a 600 edelbrock carb. I can get it to idle, and rev, but under load it bogs and stalls. I'm not running a regulator, gauge says I have good fuel pressure. Timing is good , I know the ignition is working. What do I do first?

So you are running no more than 6 psi right? Since it Boggs and stalls, it would lead me to think its not getting enough fuel. Double check you set up just to make sure your carb settings are right then verify the fuel pressure with a guage to 6 psi. Anything under 4psi could cause the engine to starve for fuel.
