warming car up in cold

Is there any problem w. me not running the car in the cold? It is currently in my drive way, I try to start it or drive it atleast once a week. today its under 30... Was thinking of letting it sit until next week.

I let mine sit in the garage (currently 14 degrees here) for a week at a time. Occasionally longer.

It's worse to start it and only let it run for a few minutes than to let it sit.

When infrequently starting the motor ALWAYS let it get up to full temp. You need it to get hot enough to get rid of any moisture that has accumulated in the system. Moisture in the oil forms acids, moisture in your exhaust system forms rust.

My wife used to drive a very short distance to work in our Jeep. One winter's day it failed to start. Why? Ice plug in the exhaust!
