what fuel pressure regulator to use

Transmission: 700r4w/shift kit
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt
what fuel pressure regulator to use

im going to carb my 88 camaro and was looking at a quick fuel regulator but i was told they wont handle the high pressure pump and was told i have to was a mallory just wanting to know if it was true

Most people on here use the mallory 4309 regulator.It has a return port on it.
