Missing Edelbrock Performer 1406 Linkage: Where to get it?

The accelerator pump went out on my truck's qjet. I had this 1406 Edelbrock carb from a trade a few months back so I used an adapter and put it on. It hasn't been running right but its just another project. Its getting on my nerves since I cant use it to run some of my junk up and down to road from the barn to the shop and all. Not a carb expert but my dad had it almost compensated for until I realized the HEI ('84 305 truck motor) was running on full time vacuum instead of part time vacuum. Now it hardly runs and when I has at a show we noticed that my carb had missing linkage. There's supposed to be a rod going from the top to the bottom towards the back of the driver's side. The bottom part and rod both appear to be missing. I'm pretty sure it does something with the secondaries and with how it drives, it seems vital that I get it fixed up. I have a 2008 Edelbrock master catalog and it appears that part #1473 may be it. Can someone tell me where to get this?

Sorry, pictures wont upload.

Anywhere that sells Edelbrock should be able to get it, or http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EDL-1473/

This is off a Ford but what I need is the vertical rod and parts on this side towards the back. The linkage on the carb itself are missing.

The vertical rod for the secondary air valve lockout function is included in the kit. The part on the bottom is the fast idle cam, I don't know if those are available.

I'd call Edelbrock and see if they have it, otherwise just look for another core to steal one from, or to rebuild and use instead.
