Please help

I was driving around all day today and now my bird wont stay running... i have to give it gas and it dies if i dont. Its a duel pump 750 holly, i checked the float and its fine everything is fine on it... this just happened out of nowhere also if i romp on the gas it squeaks now and the belts are all tight please help me out im leaving for the summer nationals tomorrow and doesnt look like im going if this doesn't get fixed.

choke is always open .. i just put this together last weekend and today was the first day i drove it around.. i was driving is for like 2 hours before this happened. There is a filter from the regulator to the carb

Check throttle cable- good fit in the bracket? Pop out of bracket?

Squeak // squeal--
Serpentine
Check idler pulley
Water pump- loose hub // bearing
A/C compressor if eqpt
Power steering fluid level

V belt
A/C compressor if eqpt
Power steering fluid level
Water pump hub // bearing
