I have had trouble starting my car for some time now. Every blue moon it will start. When the motor is cold it will only start with throttle all the way open. Once started, it runs perfect. I can drive the hell out of it with no problems. Turn the car off and it will start right back up as long as the motor is warmed up. Once it's cold most likely wont start.

Electric choke is hooked up. Carb is brand new. Does this sound like I need to just tune the carb? It's always flooded. I need help.
