secondaries
Hey randomly today my car started running badly. Wouldn't idle runs rough. Upon my search I found fuel on the intake that appeared to be leaking from the input shaft at the bottom of the diaphragm for the secondaries. I also noticed that the fuel is constantly dumping into the secondary bowls hence the flooding and rich conditions. I don't know a lot about carbs. My carb is a 670 holley vs only has about 2000 miles on carb.one of you carb masters please help thank you.

Re: secondaries
Check your float level. If gas is constantly running into the secondaries, your gas level in the bowl is too high. Could be a bad needle and seat not sealing, float sinking not raising the needle to seal off gas or simple float adjustment. That's where I would start.

Re: secondaries
Definitely going to replace seat and needle. Adjustment to float level made no difference so I would assume seat and needle would be the proper fix thank you for your feedback and happy motoring.
