Car: 1983 z28

Engine: 305 H.O

Transmission: 700r4

Carb problem i think.. 1983 camaro z28 with carb was crossfire inj..

fuel gets to the carb but wont stay when i put in gear..
another problem car wont run without choke half way open/ closed sometimes..
any suggestions?
